Lisa loves her Labubu. At a recent party, the Blackpink star embraced the bag charm trend every fashionista loves to hate, accessorizing her mini purse with two stuffed animals nearly twice her size.
After rocking a shimmering metallic Diesel dress, Lisa carried one of her signature bags: the rainbow monogram “Nano Speedy” by Louis Vuitton. This now-sold-out piece was part of Louis Vuitton’s limited-edition collection, launched earlier this year, commemorating the 20th anniversary of its historic collaboration with Takashi Murakami in the year 2000. It was only natural that the rapper paired her bag with this piece. She tied two Labubus, both pale pink, around the handles of her Louis Vuitton bag. These fairytale-inspired jewels were a hit with celebrities this summer—from Cher to Dua Lipa, all fans—and are always sold out online and in stores. But Lisa has been ahead of the curve for a while now.

In April 2024, long before we knew how to pronounce the three-syllable toy’s name, Lisa was already embellishing her bags with the now-coveted accessory, pairing a dressed-up Labubu plush with Khaite’s $2,600 studded “Elena” bag. At Coachella earlier this spring, she adorned another Louis Vuitton handbag with a pair of Cry Baby charms, a baby-shaped Pop Mart toy that also has a large following.
Since Lisa’s Louis Vuitton bag and pink Labubus are both sold out, here are some bag charm options to buy while you wait for Pop Mart’s next release.
